Study indicates keys to improving teacher motivation and engagement

A study coordinated by the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) with the involvement of the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) and the Universitat de Barcelona (UB) has analyzed the preferences of primary and secondary school teachers in Norway, Chile and Catalonia. According to the research, teachers are committed to qualitative evaluation of their work, working in socially diverse classes, and having clear objectives and collective incentives.
